The Regina Brazilian Cherry ripens to from Dark maroon to black in colour with exceptional flavour. 

The Regina Brazilian Cherry starts out green ripening from orange to maroon and turns black as it fully ripens. These plants are vigorous and ready to fruit in the next 2 years.

The fruit is very sweet, without any resinous aftertaste that is common in the red and orange varieties, the fruit and leaves are also larger than the common varieties , very juicy and a reliable producer.

The tree is upright, freely branching these trees are cold hardy and can take short periods of frost once established without damage.
