Chempejack - Banana Seedling

The Banana Chempejack is a hybrid fruit with parentage of both Jackfruit and Chempedak. The result of this hybrid is a small fruit 2-10 kgs , very low latex, Easy enough to peel with your hands with a rich creamy flavour. The arils are classified as semi crisp/ semi soft.

Chempejack fruit contain more arils and seed than a chempedak as well.

Chempejack are slighly less cold tolerant than standard jackfruit and will need protection from low temps and wind in sub tropical climates.
