Dwarf Mandarin Avana - Late Imperial (Qld only)

The Avana Mandarin is a medium sized shrub and is prized for its late cropping season. This Mandarin has beautiful fragrant flowers that bloom in late spring, well after other mandarin varieties, due to this late flowering cross pollination is less common resulting in seedless fruit. The fruit have a similar taste, size and ease to peel to Australia’s favourite the Imperial Mandarin. The Avana is a great choice of mandarin to plant with early cropping varieties, to extend your harvest season.
