The Flying Dragon Rootstock is a citrus rootstock used for growing dwarf citurs trees.

Flying dragon imparts cold hardiness, tolerance to root fungi and nematodes to the scion.

It is a mutated Trifoliata species that is slower growing and has unique hooked thorns.  Bitter fruits can also be used in cooking.
