Dwarf Lime-Sweet (Qld only)

The Sweet lime is a prolific bearing tree that produces medium sized juicy fruit. Fruit will turn yellow and lose sweetness in flavour at full maturity. Grows to 3 to 4 meters in height.The sweet lime is ideal for cooking and drinks. Harvest while still green to ensure the best flavour. Unlike its Tahitian cousin the sweet lime does have a small amount of seeds.
