The Cherry plum is a Plum/Cherry cross with attractive smooth red skin. The flesh is golden-yellow in colour and very juicy when mature. The Cherry Plum has a firm texture with a small seed. The Cherry Plum’s flavour is excellent and well balanced between the plum and cherry parentage. Pollination is required with other mid season plums such as the Mariposa or Satsuma.
