The K15 variety produces smaller fruit than some other Pomelos with a light pink to white flesh and is one of the best tasting varieties. The K15 is juicy but still dry enough to make the process of cutting and peeling the fruit not too messy. The K15 has a well balanced mix of sweet and citrusy flavours.
