The Rollinia has fruit tasting of creamy lemon sherbet and lemon meringue pie. The largefruit has a bumpy surface and soft spines. Rollinia’s perform best in warm subtropical to tropical conditions, temperatures as low as 3 degrees can kill young trees so ensure protection is provided when young. Seedling trees can bear in a little as three to four years.
