Star fruit B17 Honey Sweet

The B17 also known as Honey Sweet Carambola originates from Malaysia and is the sweetest Star fruit with a brix 15-18%.

The medium to large sized fruit is elongated with white sugar spots and ripens to a deep golden- yellow colour.

The fruit grows in bunches all over the tree with its shape resembling a star with its 5 points.

Soft, crisp and succulent flesh is ready to eat when the fruit is yellow-orange.
