The Hawaiian supreme is a heavy cropping variety, producing a medium sized fruit with a mild sweet flavour. The fruit is uniform in shape and good appearance. White Sapote are very hardy, prolific fruiting trees for the subtropics but also perform well in cooler climates protected from frosts when young.
