White Sapote - Ortega Grafted

The Ortega White Sapote produces oval shaped fruit with a delicious, sweet flavour. Ortega is a more compact tree than other cultivars with a somewhat weeping branched habit. A consistent mid to late season cropper. Otrega flowers over a long period makes it an excellent pollinator for other varieties. White Sapote are very hardy, prolific fruiting trees for the subtropics but also perform well in cooler climates protected from frosts when young.
