Refund policy

The Ross Creek Tropicals Team wants you to love your plants as much as we do! If there are any issues with your purchase, we would love to help.

Please notify us within 24 hours of received if there is something wrong with your order. We do not accept returns for incorrect orders of plants.

Please carefully follow all care instructions for your new plants, paying attention to their watering and light requirements.

If you are unhappy with your purchase in anyway please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by email and we will do our very best to resolve the situation.

Depending on the issue we will be happy to offer a refund, partial refund or exchange at our sole discretion.

If you have concerns about the care of your plant please contact us for guidance.

We do not guarantee plants will perform well outside of there preferred climates and we can not guarantee your ability to care for the plants please contact us immediately if you have concerns so we can assist you in caring for your plant.

If your goods are damaged on arrival, please take a photo and contact us immediately via email so that we can follow up the matter with the delivery company and talk through how to recover your plant.

All Orders to WA, TAS AND NT must have Quarantine arranged and paid for by the Customer. we do not accept responsibility for losses due to plants not meeting specific states biosecurity laws.

All Cancelled orders, or Orders made for NT, TAS and WA will incur a $10 refund fee to cover our costs and payment handling fees.

It is the customers responsibility to follow up on tracking of their packages, sometimes emails can be in junk mail.

It is the customers responsibility to follow up missing or damaged parcels with the courier you chose at the checkout.

While every possible care is taken to send out every tree from our nursery true to name, nevertheless, we give no warranty, expressed or implied as to growth, description, or productiveness and will in no way hold ourselves responsible for any amount paid for any trees which may prove to be untrue to the label (this is extremely uncommon) .
